Lisa Dulyea

Director of Marketing

Lisa Dulyea is an accomplished and forward-thinking nonprofit leader who has a proven track record in fund development, communications, marketing, and external relations. Lisa’s passion for social justice, education, and equity has been the driving force behind her career, marked by a dedicated focus on uplifting vulnerable communities and breaking stigmas that surround those facing barriers. She believes that every individual, regardless of their circumstance, deserves the chance to not only survive but to truly thrive.

Prior to joining AIM Youth Mental Health, Lisa served as Philanthropy Director for Community Action Partnership Orange County (CAP OC), Director of Development at Chrysalis, and as Communications Manager with Inner City Law Center. While with Inner City Law Center, Lisa co-founded the Pet Resource Center on Skid Row, a public-private partnership designed  to help people and pets who are experiencing homelessness stay healthy, safe, and housed. In 2023, Lisa appointed to the Anaheim Housing and Community Development Commission by Mayor Ashleigh Aitken. In addition, Lisa is Co-lead for the Orange County Nonprofit Collaborative, and serves on the Advisory Council of EXP. As an active member of the community, she is often called on to speak on the topics of nonprofit development, leadership and Board governance.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Arts from Old Dominion University and holds Master of Business Communication Management from USC. A fourth-generation Californian, Lisa is originally from Pasadena, CA and now lives in Anaheim Hills with her two rescued greyhounds, Hannah and Mason. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, horror movies, and word puzzles.
