If your worries tend to show up when you’re trying to sleep, try giving them their own time during the day.⁠

It’s a technique called “Worry Time.” Set aside 10 minutes earlier in the day to write down whatever is worrying you. When those thoughts come back at bedtime, remind yourself that you’ve already made space for them—and you can return to them during your next worry time.⁠

The idea is simple: instead of letting worries choose the time, you choose the time.⁠
