Liana Mulvihill, LCSW

Director of School and Community Partnerships

Liana develops key partnerships that expand the reach and impact of AIM’s innovative Youth Programs. She strengthens AIM’s presence in schools and communities, positioning students with decision-makers at AIM’s partner organizations to directly influence mental health policies and programs.

Liana brings a blend of clinical depth and program leadership to AIM. Her background includes extensive clinical experience and expertise in developing community partnerships at Children’s Health Council, where she served as the primary community liaison for youth mental health services. Liana also provided crisis intervention and complex care coordination for vulnerable pediatric populations at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford.

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Arizona, Liana holds a Master’s degree in Social Welfare from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University. She is passionately committed to building responsive, accessible systems of care that empower youth and foster community well-being.

Outside of work, Liana enjoys spending time with family and friends—and discovering great food along the way.
