You do not have to figure everything out on your own. Support can also come from people you already know.

  • School Support Team: Your school counselors, psychologists, teachers, and wellness center.
  • Community and Peer Support: Friends, family members, coaches, and trusted adults.

These are tools you can use anytime to help calm your mind, manage stress, and take care of yourself.

  • Headspace for Teens: A free app for young people ages 13-18 with breathing exercises, guided meditations, stress management, and emotional regulation.
  • Calm: A free app with guided meditations, breathing exercises, and sleep support.
  • Calm Harm: A free app with tools to help manage urges related to self-harm.
