Stephanie serves as a Youth Programs & Partnerships Manager for AIM, bringing a versatile background in managing operations and program logistics. Her career is rooted in a deep passion for “helping the helpers”—ensuring that the clinicians, educators, and leaders on the ground have the seamless backend support they need to focus on what matters most. Drawing on her bilingual skills and background as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she specializes in bridging clinical insight with operational strategy to help mission-driven programs run smoothly and expand their impact.
Her diverse experience spans systemic therapy, mental health consulting, referral care coordination, and large-scale live event logistics. Stephanie holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Southern California.
Outside of work, she loves traveling, staying active, and discovering unique experiences and delicious food with her husband, her son, and their two energetic pups.
