Jolie leads AIM’s strategic vision and guides growth to expand the organization’s impact both regionally and nationally. She takes pride in building meaningful relationships with AIM’s many champions and advancing the strength and reach of its innovative programs.
Jolie brings more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health research, community-based program development, and social impact leadership. Before joining AIM, she co-developed SEEDS (an early childhood trauma-informed care program) at UCLA, and led efforts in funding strategy, evaluation, and community collaboration.
Jolie’s background in early childhood education, psychology, and maternal and child health has shaped her deep belief in the power of connection, trust, and relationship-based approaches to supporting youth mental health. She believes in being joyfully engaged with donors, funders, and community partners, and leading with gratitude—principles that now guide her work at AIM.
A proud graduate of Loyola Marymount University and Harvard School of Public Health, Jolie is passionate about bridging research and real-world impact to create lasting change in youth mental health.
Outside of work, she enjoys baseball games, walks with her family, and exploring America’s National Parks.
