Her work has spanned Fortune 500 companies and high-growth ventures in the energy and clean-tech sectors, advising on everything from operational efficiency to scaling strategy for VC/PE-backed firms.

A long-time advocate for social impact, Reema founded and runs The Ghosh Foundation with her husband, Kunal Ghosh—a pioneer in mental health and brain science—focusing on youth mental health and well-being.

Reema holds a B. Eng, Chemical Engineering from McGill University and MBA from Wharton School, UPenn.
