During her junior year in high school, Sydney co-founded AIM Youth Mental Health alongside her mother, driven by a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of young people facing mental health challenges. Her first mission—to bring together over 300 supporters for AIM’s inaugural AIM for Awareness Walk & Rally. This event served as a powerful catalyst, raising awareness about mental health issues among the youth and sparking a sense of collective action. Sydney graduated from the USC Marshall School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration, where she focused on marketing and entrepreneurship, refining her skills and gaining valuable insights into effectively promoting and elevating brands.
Currently residing in Venice, Los Angeles, Sydney launched AIM’s Los Angeles Speaker Series in 2022 with the AIM Youth Advisory Board, aiming to blend scientific knowledge with real-life experiences to advance the mental health movement and drive meaningful change in the lives of young individuals. Passionate about fostering deep friendships, purposeful partnerships, and social impact, Sydney is deeply committed to leaving a lasting impression in the field of youth mental health.
Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, skiing, hiking, photography, and traveling.
